Faith is a principle of divinely appointed actions.

This week was good and a little stressful at the same time.

On Thursday we had the baptism planned for Oscar one of our people that we are teaching and we went and visited him on Wednesday and he said that his work didn't give him permission for Sunday his confirmation and we basically told him to pray and to ask again the next day and see if they would give him like 30 minutes and then to call us to know if we were going to have the baptism or not.  Leaving the appointment we called every single missionary in our zone and told them to start praying so that the baptism could take place and on Thursday we were waiting and waiting to hear from him but we didn't hear anything so I told my companion hey lets just go and start filling up the font so that if we do have a baptism were ready and if not then we can just drain it.  and it was about 4 and we still didn't hear anything so we started getting nervous and sent our mission leader to go check the place where he works and our mission leader pulled a prank and told us that they did give him permission and so I was super bummed and sad and stopped filling up the font, and when our mission leader go to the chapel 15 minutes later we started to talk with him and what we were going to do and after 10 minutes of that we starting filling the font up again and told us that we were going to baptize ha ha .  I never have been so mad and happy at the same time in my life.

we also had the chance this week to visit a lot a less active members in the ward and start ministering to them,  and it was honestly such a great experience because a lot of them know that its time for them to return to Church and  have been waiting for a sign and said that we arrived as their sign that they need to return, also a lot of them have members of their family that aren't members of the church so from that we had the chance to find a few new people to teach and we have a lot of family home evenings planned this week to see what we can do to help them get baptized and sealed as a family in the future.

Today we also had the chance to play basketball in the morning and also volleyball and it was the first time that the missionaries beat the members in the two sports so they were all really mad and upset it was really funny ha ;ha but even more sports to come in the future.  I'm going to start a revolution to bring soccer back to the mission.  Just kidding not the best idea.

Love you all hope you all have an amazing week.  Con amour
Elder King
