Faith is a principle of divinely appointed actions.
This week was good and a little stressful at the same time.
On Thursday we had the baptism planned for Oscar one of our people that we are teaching and we went and visited him on Wednesday and he said that his work didn't give him permission for Sunday his confirmation and we basically told him to pray and to ask again the next day and see if they would give him like 30 minutes and then to call us to know if we were going to have the baptism or not. Leaving the appointment we called every single missionary in our zone and told them to start praying so that the baptism could take place and on Thursday we were waiting and waiting to hear from him but we didn't hear anything so I told my companion hey lets just go and start filling up the font so that if we do have a baptism were ready and if not then we can just drain it. and it was about 4 and we still didn't hear anything so we started getting nervous and sent our mission leader to go check the place where he works and our mission leader pulled a prank and told us that they did give him permission and so I was super bummed and sad and stopped filling up the font, and when our mission leader go to the chapel 15 minutes later we started to talk with him and what we were going to do and after 10 minutes of that we starting filling the font up again and told us that we were going to baptize ha ha . I never have been so mad and happy at the same time in my life.
we also had the chance this week to visit a lot a less active members in the ward and start ministering to them, and it was honestly such a great experience because a lot of them know that its time for them to return to Church and have been waiting for a sign and said that we arrived as their sign that they need to return, also a lot of them have members of their family that aren't members of the church so from that we had the chance to find a few new people to teach and we have a lot of family home evenings planned this week to see what we can do to help them get baptized and sealed as a family in the future.
Today we also had the chance to play basketball in the morning and also volleyball and it was the first time that the missionaries beat the members in the two sports so they were all really mad and upset it was really funny ha ;ha but even more sports to come in the future. I'm going to start a revolution to bring soccer back to the mission. Just kidding not the best idea.
Love you all hope you all have an amazing week. Con amour

General Conference
I hope everyone enjoyed watching general Conference and everyone could learn something new to help them in their life. I know I really enjoyed conference and love the focus that they had on the family and what we can do to strengthen them and help them grow. I also liked that they focused a lot on the Spirit and how its really important that we have the spirit with us in all times to guided us and to strengthen us in these latter days.
Conference for sure was the high light of my week, we had a lot of days that we weren't able to work in our own area cause we had a lot of meetings with the Stake President our mission President and other missionaries to oversee the work a little but we also saw a lot of success in our own area. We had a really beautiful experience of finding a family of 4 that are really receptive its a mom and dad and their 2 daughters and are actually really interested in learning more about the Gospel and in our first lesson with them and felt the spirit really strong and I know that they felt it too cause they had a look on their faces like peace and happiness but they couldn't figure our why so we talked about how what they were feeling is an answer from God that this is true and I'm really excited to help them with that.
Sunday night we had a good experience too where family in the Ward called us and asked us if we could come and give them a blessing of health so we hurried over their and we were able to give them a blessing and I really felt the Spirit their too. and know that for our faith we can be healed. And they know it too. After wards we talked with them for a bout 30 minutes about General conference cause they weren't able to see the Sunday Afternoon session and we were able to share what we leaned and the messages and it was a really good experience.
I know that this church is true and that Russel M Nelson is Prophet of God in these latter days. I know that he love us and wants the best for us I know that Christ lives and that he is our Savior and will always be their for us.

Hey everyone this week was another week really hard and difficult.
We had a lot of different meetings that we had to go and do and participate. So we didn't have a lot of time to work in our own area. We had about 2 or 3 hours a day no more, and those 2 or 3 hours where full of appointments with some people that we are visiting . So we weren't able to find new people to teach almost all of the week. Which was really hard, so we got to Friday and didn't have single new person,. and in the morning we had a leadership council with the other Zone Leaders and the assignments and we got back to our area at about 5 and had our appointment to eat at 5 then an appointment with a contact at 6 but they weren't their, my companion wanted to go to our House and do our studies cause we hadn't done them for the day yet and I told him no... cause we had to find a new people and he agreed so we said a pray and promised the Lord we weren't going to leave the area we were in until we had found for the least 3 new people to teach so we started knocking doors and contacting and the first 5 or 6 people didn't want anything to do with us but we promised the Lord so we kept going and were able to find 4 new people to teach in 40 minutes cause we meet one and they said their neighbor would be interested as well and so we went with the neighbor and they sent us to other people and so on. So it was honestly a huge miracle that the Lord gave us.
Today for our p day we played volleyball with some members and missionaries and other missionaries came to so we had a activity which was really fun and my companion is terrible at volleyball like the worst I have ever seen so they were all trying to teach him and it was really funny then we went and got ice cream after which was satisfying.
Ive been preparing for general conference which is going to be this weekend I invite everyone to start preparing Spiritually for the revelation we are going to receive from our Prophet and Apostles I know that they are going to announce this that will help us in our lives. And I'm really so excited I feel Like I physically need this conference to keep moving forward as a missionary.
I Know that God lives and that He loves us.
I love this gospel with all my heart.
