Well Now we can call Home......

February 18, 2019 at 11:25 am

Hey everyone this week was really interesting.  First off we got the notice that now we can call home and talk to our families.  Which is going to be cool to do.  I was able to talk home today and it was nice to hear everyone.
But its also going to be something that we are going to worry sooooo much about in our mission and in my zone cause their are a few missionaries that might ruin it ha ha .  But its awesome.

This week was really difficult for us we didn't really have a lot of success.  We had a few appointments with members to help them out and ask for referrals and those worked out super well so this week we are going to go see how everything goes with that.  But it was a week full of knocking doors and contacting.  We also saw a few miracles.  Here in our area.  First off a few members brought family to church and they were super interested so we are going to see how everything goes with them and we were able to put a baptismal date with one of them there during church for 2 weeks from now so we are going to visit her a lot over the next two weeks.

Also this week is going to be the busiest week for us because we have a lot of appointments and we also have to go do some baptismal interviews for some people in our zone that have areas super far away like 1 and a half or two hours away in bus so we are going to see what we are able to do.

Love you guys and know that this church is true.

pancakes are so easy even elders can make them.  Feb 11, 2019 at 11:36am

Hey everyone this week was super awesome to start with happy birthday Mom!!!! and second we had 3 baptisms on my moms birthday so that was my birthday present for her.

This week was full of a lot of traveling we had a few meeting with the stake President and then exchanges with the  assistants and then exchanges with one of the areas in our zone to do a baptism interview for them.  So we spent over 7 hours in a bus over the course of this week which wasn't that fun.  I don't like traveling in buses h ha it stresses me out and makes me super tired.  But the good part is that we don't have to travel that much this week so we are going to have more time to work in our area.  I was able to learn a lot during exchanges with the assistants.
They taught me a lot and it is always good to learn from other missionaries.

This week we had the baptisms of the family Macias it a mom with her two daughters The mom is Mercedes Macias, and her daughters are Ana Karen Macias and Diana Paula Macias,  And they were all super excited for their baptism and have really grown to love this gospel and this church.  The ward has really included them in all the activities and its been super awesome to see how much they are progressing and learning.

Also we made pancakes last night and they were really good.  So we were both really proud that we made pancakes without messing up ha ha.

But this week has been super awesome and I'm excited to see what more we can do here in Apizaco.

Long bus rides and zone conference.
Monday 4th at 12:PM

Hey everyone.

we had another awesome but busy week this wee full of more miracles.

First off we got to travel to Puebla 2 times this week and each time we go its about an hour and a half to go their and then another hour and a half to return.  But the bus is really really nice and has movies so we get to watch part of a movie which is bad but I cant sleep in the buses so I cant really do anything about it.

This week we also had a zone conference that was super awesome and it was the first time my companion and I as zone leaders have presented something so we were a little nervous but everything went super well we got to talk to the missionaries about having the Spirit with us throughout the whole day and becoming consecrated missionaries and we were a little direct cause their have bee a lot of disobedient missionaries in the mission right now.

We also are super excited cause one of the families that we have been teaching are super prepared to be baptized and are going to have their interviews for their baptism tomorrow so please pray for them and that everything will to well.  They have fallen in love with the gospel and we are super excited that they have chosen to be baptized and grow closer to the Lord.

We also meet a lot of people that were super against the church this week and had some interesting conversation with them.  And the thing that they believe so it was a little uncomfortable talking to them and weeing how far away for Christ they really are and how unhappy they are too.  I know that this church is true and that as we come closer to Christ we can be happy for this life and for eternity and that families can be together forever and if we put our trust in God he will help us when we need it the most.

Love all of you.

Freezing Cold

Hey everyone this week was super awesome.

Life as a zone leader is so much more chill than as a district leader but their are a lot more responsibilities at the same time but I love it and i love my zone lets go Tlaxcala Norte.

We have seen so many miracles this week in our area.  We started this week and when I got here with 0 baptismal dates, and now we have 6 and a few more people that are progressing as well that we are going to try and put baptismal dates with them as well so its been nice to see these miracles and we are working hard to keep seeing more.

This week we also did exchanges with one of the Districts Leaders in our zone whose area is in the  middle of the mountains and its super far away the main city is called Chignahuapan.  But anyway it was super super super cool there and I was honestly dying with how cool it was I honestly couldn't handled it ha ha so I'm so going to suffer when I get back to Utah.

We also had an amazing experience to go and help some of the hermanas in our zone with a baptism.  my comp did the baptismal interview and the young man asked my companion if he could baptize him so we went their and did that which was a cool experience but I forgot to take a picture so sorry about that.

This ward is super awesome and they all really want to work hard to help us with the people that we are teaching so we are using them as much as we can to see a lot of miracles.

I love this work SO much its sooo hard but sooo rewarding there isn't anything I would rather be doing right now or like to be doing.   Love you all
