Hey everyone,
This probably was one of the most tiring weeks of my entire mission but also one of the most rewarding ones too.
To start off we don't have anyone that we are teaching and I mean no one so we spent the entire week knocking doors and contacting in the street and now I'm actually in a city with actual people so there are a lot of people to contact and a lot of doors to knock. But we didn't have any luck doing that at all. So when we went to church Sunday we were a little sad cause we didn't have anyone to take with us but we received a miracle . 7 people showed up to the church on their own free will and all of them have known the church before and want to learn more against we are going to visit all them this week and see how it goes.
This week it really taught me that when we sacrifice our selves and do everything that we can the Lord will help us with the strength and motivation that we need and will reward us according to our faith.
Also life as the zone leader is great we travel soooo much but its cool to get to know other parts of the mission. And to serve more and love more. We are really working as a zone to see a lot of miracles so lets see how many baptisms we can have this transfer.
Also my companion likes to do a lot for exercises so he has gotten me excited to do it too so we are out grinding. I'm going to be skinny again.
love all of you and hope you all have a great week.

Transfers
January 14 Monday
Hey everyone.
Well I got transferred for the first time in my whole mission and also got called as a zone leader. So this will be an interesting exchange. I got sent to a city called apizaco. Which is about 20 minutes from my previous area and my companions name is elder Arevalo from northern California and its his last transfer in the mission until he goes home so we are going to work really hard this transfer so that he can finish with some baptisms.
It was really hard to say goodbye to some of the families that I have grown to love in tezoquipan, the converts and members that I have activated especially. with one of the families i started to cry because they shared with me their thoughts and gave thanks for all the things my companion and I did to help them become active in the church again. But its part of the mission and we can only move forward.
I was thinking a lot this week about a thing that my mission President said to me in a interview and he =said we should repent throughout all the day every time that we have a bad thought or we say something we shouldn't 't have we should repent in the moment and ask for forgiveness and when we do this we can have the spirit with us more and fell more peace. so I put it to the test this week and it really helped me focus more in the things that I should be doing as a missionary and i honesty felt a lot more clean and peaceful. So I invited all of you to do the same this week and see how it can bless your lives.

Los Reyes ma gos y bautixmo

hey everyone to start with in Mexico they have the tradition that the 6th of January is the day of the Reyes Magos which is basically a second Christmas for the kids only.
The wise men come to visit them and bring them presents. So they get presents two times. So Mom and Dad be ready for when I get back ha ha. And when we went to eat with the members that day the Reyes magos passed by for us and brought us candy which was awesome.
This week we really hard for me i don't know why i had a hard time with faith and with diligence and all that and was really stressed about my district and our area but that day I said a prayer and searched for some scriptures and really found an answer to my questions and my problems there and it helped me a lot this week.
We had the baptism of hermana Adelina Tapia Aquino for the second time ha ha cause the first time she lied to us about her name so we baptized her really fast and then could confirm her in Sacrament meeting and it was awesome to be able to do that a second time.
The new schedule for church is awesome ha ha it felt super fast but I really enjoyed it. Before we had the class gospel principles with the converts and investigators so I really didn't get to learn a lot but now we can go to the class like normal and i actually got to learn something which was amazing. The person who is teaching Sunday school is an ex area 70 who knows a lot so it was cool to learn from him and see how it was.
Love you all and hope that you have an amazing year.

Hey everyone this week has been super crazy ha ha to start off we didn't have water in our house let alone our city who knows why we filled a bucket with water from a well we have out back and boiled water and showered with that. Then the next day we had water but our water heater wasn't working so we showered with a bucket for 3 more days until we could fix it. But that was great.
Then I also got super sick. i don't know what i ate but I was throwing up and all that for a whole day which sucked but its alright cause I'm good now.
Then we had a baptism of a family of 4 this week the family Tapia Aquino. A mom with her 3 kids. And everything went well until Sunday when we were going to confirm them. And the mom brought her birth certificate and their birth certificates of her kids so that we could confirm some things but we found out that she lied to us about her name so we are going to have to baptize her again this next week. But its alright because it will be 4 weeks in a row with a baptism.
Its been crazy that I have 8 months now in my mission. Time has honestly been flying by. Ive really enjoyed being out here in my mission and seeing all of the miracles that god has for us.
Also it was awesome that I got to talk to my family for Christmas. That was my favorite part of this week besides the baptism.
Love all you guys and hope you are all doing well.

PS the Internet we went to today was really bad so that why I could only send one pic.
